The key to successfully completing such massive projects on schedule is to have an understanding of when and how you work best. There is no one timetable that can accommodate everyone's needs... If you're a morning person, it's best to get the most important things done first thing in the day.


5. Put the "two-minute rule" into practice.

You can make the most of the time you have at work by using even the smallest gaps for productive work. Finding things that can be finished in two minutes or less and doing them as soon as possible, as the successful businessman Steve Olenski suggests, will help you save time. Therefore, if it can be completed in less than two minutes, you should do it right away.

The second tenet of the "two-minute rule" is that any objective or routine may be started in much less than two minutes. Despite the fact that this does not imply that you will be able to do every activity in the allotted time of 120 seconds, setting new objectives is the first step toward achieving them!
